Some journeys begin with hope. Mine began with heartbreak. 💙

After having my baby, I lost three of my loved ones within just six weeks. The grief became overwhelming, and food became my comfort. My weight continued to increase, and I felt like I was slowly losing myself.

In September 2025, I made one decision that changed everything.

Today, I feel healthier, stronger, and happier than I ever thought possible. This journey has given me so much more than weight loss. It has given me my confidence back, my energy back, and the chance to look forward to a long, healthy future with my family.

I will always be grateful to everyone at CK Health Turkey for supporting me every step of the way. ❤️
