Alchemy Rooms is the host to Alchemical Journeys.

A perfect base a certain vibe steeped in history, energy and now even deeper layers waiting to be uncovered.

2009 to 2019 this space was the hub of all things health, wellness, healing and Self~Mastery.

People travelled here from all over the world to induldge practices that connected souls deep within themselves. The magic, the shifts, the transformations they were immense to witness.

Now a version of her stands here again.

Because while rebuilding we uncovererd ancient ruins, mosaics, water channels, passageways and ancient history beneath our feet something became very obvious....

I have heard so many people bash meditation, stillness, going inward, breath~embodiment, sound. Ironically from people who talk the talk, and do f**k all to actual feel the benefits of such practices for themselves. OR they've chosen to bypass these ancient Alchemical traditions in favour for Doctors and medication.

I cured disese from these practices. I know the feeling of these practices to fully connect with yourself.

Im not here to defend them or try to convince people of the benefits but when you are intuitive and work with energy you know just what would be a beneficial practice.

Its fasinating how the ones who are trying to talk you out of everything you have felt are the ones who could benefit the most by slowing down, becoming still, breathing deeply to finally meeting themselves.

The ones that chose to walk away from me or distance themselves were never meant to walk the road I am on.

Because when it happens what is does is opens a doorway to a deeper understanding of myself.

So many of my circle chose a different path especially in 2020 they made their own decisions and decided all by themselves that it didn't include me and looking back that was a beautiful thing.

No really it is I have shape shifted all my life to have a "social life" oh dont get me wrong I have got so many fantastic, funny memeories but what I didn't have was authentic realness.

People come and alot of people have gone. The last 6 years have been a ride and thank f**k my life experiences as brutal as they came has transmuted into my intensity of truth, authenticity, non compliance and the courage to stand alone - with the exception of a few.

I was simply looking for a place to stay when I happened to walk past Alchemy Rooms Side. Suddenly, I felt a very special energy that made me stop. I looked at this beautiful apartment and immediately knew it was the right place for me.

I can wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone. The interior is beautiful, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. Everything is spotlessly clean and very well maintained. As someone who pays great attention to cleanliness, I truly appreciated the care that went into everything. My room was lovingly cleaned and tidied every day, with fresh towels always provided.

What made my stay even more special was the wonderful family who runs the property. They welcomed me with such genuine warmth from the very first moment and made me feel completely at home. Their kindness, hospitality, and caring nature turned my stay into an unforgettable experience.

Thank you so much for this wonderful time. I will definitely come back and highly recommend Alchemy Rooms Side to anyone looking for a relaxing and welcoming place to stay. ❤️

"I booked a couple of practices with Jo, as I knew from prior experience that they would do me the world of good!   Its already relaxing just being in the garden and practice space as it has such a special atmosphere and you can be sure that Jo will guide you exactly as you need.  We did two evening nourishing, restorative practices - breathing deeply into all the places and spaces. I'd just spent two weeks travelling long distances so it was fantastic to take some lovely stretches and breathes to unrumple and feel spacious. Jo's guidance builds slowly so that you ease into it and become gradually more in tune with your body, breath and thoughts. The two practices were really soothing and I will go back for more as soon as I can" lots of love from Brum ###
