Üretimde hiçbir şeyi israf etmemeye özen gösteriyoruz. Mutfağımızdan çıkan organik ürünleri kompost haline getirerek gübre elde ediyor, bu gübreyi çiçeklerimizde ve zeytinliklerimizde yeniden kullanıyoruz 🌱

Bizim için üretim; doğaya saygıyla, sürdürülebilir bir döngü içinde devam ediyor.

We strive to leave no waste behind in our production process. Organic waste from our kitchen is turned into compost and used as fertilizer for our flowers and olive groves 🌱

Zeytinyağının hikayesine yakından tanıklık ettiğimiz keyifli bir akşam 🫒✨

Önce Mavras’ın zeytinyağı fabrikasını gezdik, ardından tadım yaparak farklı lezzetleri keşfettik 🌿
Akşamı ise Adatepe Restaurant’ta, güzel bir sofranın etrafında tamamladık 🍽️

Üretimden sofraya uzanan bu keyifli deneyimden birkaç kare sizlerle 🤍

A lovely evening where we got to experience the story of olive oil up close 🫒✨

First, we toured the Mavras olive oil factory and then enjoyed a tasting, discovering different flavors 🌿
We ended the evening at Adatepe Restaurant, gathered around a beautiful table 🍽️
