Techno Viking… meet Soulrocker Viking! 🎶⚔️😂
So I was scrolling YouTube and stumbled across the legendary Techno Viking video… you know the one: bare-chested, Thor’s hammer pendant, striding through Berlin like he owns the rave. Iconic.
Naturally, I thought: “What if Soulrocker did his own version… but with Viking music?” 🎻🪓
In this video, I jokingly mimic the Techno Viking walk, the stern finger-point, and the whole “I am the law of the dancefloor” energy… but with my own twist and some epic Viking tunes in the background. Think Valhalla meets the rave.
No drunk ravers were pushed around in the making of this video — just good vibes, big laughs, and a healthy dose of “what even is this?” energy.

Nearly [100] years on this earth… and look at the condition of my mum’s legs. She will be 98 in October!
Healthy-looking skin. No expensive “anti-ageing” potions. No cupboard full of chemical creams. No harsh washing soaps stripping the skin every day.
Her simple routine? She uses black seed oil or coconut oil to moisturise her skin.
Sometimes the old ways are the real wisdom: keep it simple, nourish your body, be mindful of what you put on your skin as well as what you put in it.
SoulRocker reminder: ageing is natural—but looking after yourself is a daily act of self-respect. 🌿

These past days my emotions have been moving like ocean waves deep, intense, and full of light. With all the wild energies flowing from Lion’s Gate, solar activity, and these cosmic alignments, it feels as if my heart has been plugged directly into the universe’s power source.

Instead of being overwhelmed, I’m riding these waves and letting them amplify what I truly want to embody: joy, gratitude, and love. I feel myself emanating these frequencies from the inside out – like my whole being is a transmitter for higher vibration. It’s not just a mood; it’s a soul state.

There’s this beautiful sense that the veil is thinner right now – that guidance, healing, and alignment are more available than ever. Old emotional patterns are coming up to be released, while new light codes of confidence, peace, and purpose are downloading into my system. I can feel my energy body expanding, my heart softening, and my spirit standing taller.
I don’t want to keep this to myself. I want everyone to taste this feeling – the quiet ecstasy of simply being alive, the gratitude for every breath, the love that pours in when we open to it. These cosmic portals aren’t just events in the sky; they’re invitations for our souls to rise.

SoulRocket is my way of saying yes to that invitation. Of turning these energies into embodied joy, into music, movement, and frequency that lifts us higher together. If you’re feeling intense, emotional, or a bit “crazy” right now, you’re not alone. Your soul is feeling the shift.

However when she died she dragged me deep into the depths of darkness which awakened me. She knew I would raise my frequency and continue to do so. In this video, I step into the energy of the Soul Rocker — fully present, fully feeling, and deeply connected to the music that moves through me. This isn’t just about listening; it’s about tuning in, raising my frequency, and allowing every emotion to rise and be expressed.

As the music flows, I talk about the power of elevated emotions — love, joy, gratitude — and how they shift our entire state of being. But I also go deeper, into the spaces we often avoid. I share how even grief, when embraced and held with love and gratitude, transforms into something beautiful. It softens, it opens, and it becomes part of the frequency we emit.

This is a reminder that all emotions have a place. When we stop resisting and start feeling fully, we alchemise our energy. We move from contraction into expansion.

What I’m doing here is simple but powerful: feeling the music, embodying the emotion, and radiating that frequency outward — into the universe, into the field, into everything around me.

Because what we feel, we transmit. And what we transmit, we create.

There are moments you just can’t plan.
I was by my tree, moving through some gentle Qigong, grounding, breathing, connecting… and out of nowhere, a few beautiful souls appeared. No expectations, no structure, just pure shared energy. Before long, we were all flowing together, feeling it, smiling, connecting on something deeper than words.
That’s the Soulrocker energy for me. It’s not something you organise, it’s something you allow. When you’re open, the right people find you, and the moment becomes exactly what it needs to be.
Grateful for these spontaneous connections and the reminder that energy always finds its way.
