1990 yılında İstanbul' da kurulan Atak Kozmetik Sanayi Tic. ve Ltd. Şti. ' nin, 1995 yılından itibaren dış ticarete dönük yapılan çalışmaları, 2008 yılında Kamelya Kozmetik İç ve Dış Tic. Ltd.Şti' nin kurulmasına vesile olmuştur.
