* The selected applicant must be medically suitable for the surgery.
* A pre-operative medical assessment is mandatory.
* Flights are not included.
* Accommodation, VIP transfers and surgery are included.
* The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
* The selected applicant must travel within 6 months of the announcement date.
