⛵ Rüzgârı Birlikte Yakalamak
Pergo ekibi olarak, yelken eğitimi kapsamında hem yeni bir deneyim kazandık hem de takım ruhumuzu denizde güçlendirdik.
Yelken; iletişim, güven, uyum ve doğru zamanda doğru karar vermeyi gerektiriyor. İş hayatında olduğu gibi, başarıya ulaşmak için de aynı hedefe birlikte ilerlemek gerekiyor.
Deneyim, öğrenme ve keyif dolu bu güzel günde emeği geçen herkese teşekkür ederiz.

⛵ Catching the Wind Together
As the Pergo team, we had the opportunity to take part in a sailing training session, gaining a new experience while strengthening our team spirit on the water.
Sailing requires communication, trust, coordination, and making the right decisions at the right time. Just like in business, reaching our goals means moving forward together with a shared vision.
