I saw I had alot of new customers and followers. I thought I should reintroduce myself.
A little bit into my back story-

Funny story, I studied business and marketing originally. I did cakes and pastry courses as a hobby because it was always my passion.
My catering business shifted into ketogenic items when my customers saw my weight loss.

I was always on the slim side, but l started to gain weight rapidly and couldn't understand why....until
I was diagnosed with PCOS by my doctor.
My sister has brain damage from birth. She suffers from epilepsy as well.
I did the traditional low carb diet and it didn't work. My sister's doctor recommended a keto diet for her because she was having alot of epilepsy episodes. I personally hated the keto bread recipes
I did my research and came up with my own recipes.

I was 204lbs at my heaviest and l lost 66lbs. This pic was in February 2020.
I did that on my own with diet and exercise..........
Not once but twice.......story to come.

My customers saw my weightloss and started to order. Here we are!!!
I am sooo grateful 🙏
