I’ve been seeing a lot of talk lately about microneedling with radiofrequency (RF) possibly causing fat or muscle loss, and honestly, it just reminded me why I’ve never offered it.

Microneedling already generates heat and stimulates circulation. That’s why after every session, I focus on calming and cooling the skin with anti-inflammatory masks. So the idea of adding more heat through RF never sat right with me.

It’s not that I’m “behind” or avoiding new tech, it’s that I refuse to compromise skin health for trends.

My clients know I’ll always prioritize long-term results and barrier protection over anything that sounds flashy. Healthy skin first, always. 💛
