When families hear the words "palliative care," most imagine the end. That misunderstanding is exactly why so many people access it too late, or never at all.

Palliative care does not replace your existing medical team. It works alongside them. It is not about stopping treatment. It is about ensuring that wherever someone is in their journey with serious illness, their comfort, dignity, emotional wellbeing and quality of life are being actively supported.

It is for heart failure, dementia, lung disease and frailty, not only cancer. It begins years before the final stages, not days before.

We are looking for an organized, responsible and detail-oriented individual to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare invoices, receipts and payment records
• Assist with payroll, PAYE, NIS and Health Surcharge processing
• Follow up on outstanding payments and collections
• Maintain financial and administrative records
• Support scheduling, operations and document coordination
• Assist with reporting, spreadsheets and data entry
• Communicate professionally with clients, families and staff
• Support daily administrative and operational tasks

Requirements:
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable using computers, spreadsheets and email
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Professional attitude and attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly

Preferred:
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• ACCA Level 1–2 or equivalent is an asset
• 3+ years accounting experience in a small to mid-sized organization
• 2–3 years experience using QuickBooks and accounting software
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial record management
