You've spent years being the one who shows up - the hands that cook, carry, clean and steady everyone else. When did anyone last look after yours?

Restorative hand and foot care from a trained Medi Nail Tech and Spa Therapist who understands aging skin, diabetes and limited mobility. You can bring your mum - or let someone look after you for once.

Not all corns are calluses, and not every pedicure is built to fix one.

A cosmetic pedicure files the hard skin down. It feels better for a while, but if the pressure that caused it is still there, it grows right back.

A medical pedicure looks at why. We assess the spot, treat the cause, and show you how to keep it from returning, especially with diabetes or limited mobility.

Your feet often warn you long before a wound appears.

Numbness. Tingling. Toes that no longer feel the floor. Dry, cracked skin. A cut that takes weeks to close. These quiet changes are early signals - especially with diabetes. They aren't 'nothing', and they're no reason to wait.

Check daily: look between the toes, feel for hot spots, note anything different. If a change stays, have it looked at by someone trained in diabetic foot care.

She used to hide her feet. Not anymore.

One gentle hand and foot restoration changed that. She sat down with us after years of covering up, and left with the confidence to wear open shoes again. Six weeks later she came back.

Restoration is not only about how your feet look - it is about how you carry yourself. Careful, thorough work for sensitive and diabetic feet, by a trained specialist.

You do not have to hide. Book your visit in Tobago.
