Hello future XO girl,

We have so much we want to tell you but all in good time. First things first, the name- XO by SJ. Yup, it’s kind weird (trust us, we know!) but get to know us and you’ll realise just how much it represents us. XO means eXtraOrdinary. SJ is our partnership. These things just work when your partners have the same initials. The name is to remind you and us to always strive for

the extraordinary. We are not like every other hair seller out there. And, we don’t want to be. XO wants to bring fresh, new and different. When you think XO, you should think extraordinary. Who we are
We are an eXtraOrdinary retailer for hair extensions. We are fun, we are patient, we are tolerant, we are determined, and we are entirely committed to providing you with XO hair, XO quality and XO service. At XO, you’ll never be made to feel like you’re bothering us, or that you’re asking too many questions, or, worse, that that you’re asking stupid questions. We’ve experienced that from our competition. It’s not a great feeling. XO is welcoming and accepting of one and all. We especially welcome hair extension newbies. What we do
XO provides fabulous hair to fabulous people. We retail premium hair. We provide consultations and offer installation services. We also offer after sales support to help you take care of your new hair. So, if you want to know if it’s a good idea to take a nap while you bleach your hair, call us up. (For the record, the answer is ~probably~ not)

We want to give you life. We want you to LOOOOOVE your hair. We want you to experience being over the moon with joy for your hair. We want to give you that cloud nine feeling. We want to inspire in you that confidence, and maybe just a hint of attitude, that comes from looking and feeling fabulous! An XO girl is fabulous. She is fun. She is flirty. She is fearless. She knows she looks good and she doesn’t need validation from anyone, but she gets it anyway. An XO girl inspires both envy and admiration. She gets second and third looks. She walks with her shoulders back and her head high for she is both proud and confident, but she is not cocky. She knows she deserves greatness and she does not settle for anything less.
