Back at Hillview!!!!

Super proud to have taken part in the HVC 2026 5K this morning. Up at the crack of dawn, sun now waking up at 6:15 AM, and I crossed the line in a lil 31 minutes. I wasn't training, so no excuses, just a baseline.

The real part was the people: good friends, colleagues and former teachers, all in the same place again. Humani nihil alienum. Nothing concerning humanity should be foreign to me. Hillview still having that!

Shout out to everyone who made it to the finish. Big up to the organising committee, the support staff and the event management team for a well-run morning.

And look at that medal! 🏅
Next year, sub-30. Watch meh!

Round three with Guardian Group, and we had a blast!

Synapse Medical Services was back at the Guardian Group office in Endeavour, Chaguanas for our third health fair together.

Our doctors were on hand for mini consultations on the neurological concerns people so often brush off, like headaches and migraines, sleep problems, stress, numbness or tingling, memory and focus issues, and stroke risk. Staff also joined in the fun with Spin the Wheel and Build the Brain.
Your brain does a lot for you. Don't ignore the warning signs. If something feels "off," get it checked early.

A big thank you to the Guardian Group team for welcoming us and making the day such a success!

If you have a BSc in the Natural Sciences, Biomedical Technology, or Engineering, and you are looking for a structured path into specialist neurology, read carefully.

What we are offering:
✅ A fully funded 54-week ABRET-recognised EEG technologist programme
✅ Supervised clinical training at a specialist neurology practice at SAPH
✅ A monthly training stipend of TTD 1,500
✅ A guaranteed employment opportunity on completion

What we need from you:
→ A degree in Natural Sciences, Biomedical Technology, or Engineering
→ Located along the East/West Corridor with reliable commute to St. Augustine
→ Stable internet access and approximately 8 hours per week availability
→ A commitment to the full 13-month programme
