September is Polycystic O***y Syndrome (PCOS) Awareness Month

PCOS Awareness Month is a federally designated event created to increase awareness of, and education about, PCOS among the general public, women, girls and healthcare professionals. The aim of PCOS Awareness Month is to help improve the lives of those affected by PCOS and to help them to overcome their symptoms as well as prevent and reduce their risks for life-threatening related diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, nonalcoholic fatty liver disease and cancer.
Ladies here's a great way to treat PCOS naturally and avoid pharmaceuticals and surgery:
Moringa Juice Recipe
Take 1/2 tsp of Moringa powder and add only a little lukewarm water to it so that you can soak and mix the powder well in a glass.
Mix it well in the water
Add a drop or two of lemon juice
Add more water to it and mix well
You can add honey if you don’t like the bitter taste of Moringa (please avoid if you have diabetes). But, to be honest, the taste isn’t that bad.
