日安金門·Ai·低碳手作甜食工作室 接觸減醣同步飲食控制後，開啟了另一個世界，從甜點中拾得更多幸福與儀式感。
個人獨家研發，捨棄麵粉和精製砂糖與人工香精,製作甜而不膩蛋糕與甜點，減醣飲食也能輕鬆無負擔享受。
一人工作室只接受網路提前預訂。

本工作室只販售無精緻麵粉，無精緻砂糖，100%生酮、減醣、糖尿病友善可食用甜美的蛋糕點心。
工作室位於金寧鄉埔後五丼拉麵附近，環島西路二段80巷1弄。
響應環保政策，本工作室蛋糕皆無附刀盤組，需要請加購一組$20（內有5盤5叉1刀）。
