「我們重申堅決反對任何企圖透過武力或脅迫等手段，改變現狀並威脅區域和平與穩定的單方面及破壞穩定行為。我們亦重申堅決反對利用海警、軍事及海上民兵力量，去騷擾、阻礙或恐嚇他國在海空域的合法行動，此類行徑已危害到相關人員及漁民的安全，並嚴重損害區域的和平與安全。⋯⋯我們對於支持『自由與開放的印太地區』之承諾，依然堅定不移。」

菲律賓-中國南海仲裁案裁決十週年聯合聲明——由美國、澳洲、加拿大、愛沙尼亞、德國、義大利、日本、拉脫維亞、立陶宛、紐西蘭、菲律賓共和國、羅馬尼亞、斯洛維尼亞及英國政府共同發表，7月11日

"...We reiterate our strong opposition to any destabilizing or unilateral actions including by force or coercion that threaten peace and stability in the region. We reaffirm our strong opposition to the use of coast guard, military, and maritime militia forces to harass, obstruct, or intimidate lawful operations by other States at sea or in the air, and in so doing endanger the safety of personnel and fishermen and seriously degrade regional peace and security... We remain steadfast in our support for a free and open Indo-Pacific."
