If you feel lost, read this 👇🏻

If you feel lost, it’s not because you don’t have a direction.

Ask gently:

Who do I truly want to be?
And what is quietly holding me back?

You don’t need to figure out your whole life right now.
You just need a little more clarity 🌿

Start small.
Sit with yourself each day, even for a few minutes.
Write what you feel, without filtering it.
Notice what drains your energy, and what brings you back to life ✨

And begin to protect that space.
Clarity doesn’t come from forcing answers.
It comes when you create enough quiet to hear yourself again 🌙

You are not lost.
You are just a little disconnected from your own direction.
And you can come back to it, gently 💫

Today’s morning ritual with Satya Sai Baba nag champa incense 🤍
This traditional hand-rolled incense, manufactured in Bangalore, India, uses naturally-sourced ingredients herbs, floral extracts, resins, and natural oils combined with honey and a charcoal-free masala base.

Scent: Sandalwood and champa flower (frangipani)

Base notes: Earthy wood
Heart notes: Creamy florals, slightly sweet
High notes: Mild spice, sweet herbal

It was originally produced and marketed by a company connected to Satya Sai Baba’s followers and devotional culture, hence the name “Satya Sai Baba Nag Champa” or just “Satya Nag Champa”.
