有一陣子沒有蒸饅頭了,野酵作饅頭前後大約需要4至4個半小時,製程比麵包快多了!
下午悶熱,整饅頭時流了不少汗...還好蒸出來個個閃閃發亮,沒有歪掉的😜😘🤗
