🧠 Science has a fascinating take on intuition: It’s not mystical. It’s actually your brain processing vast amounts of information beyond your conscious awareness.

Research in neuroscience reveals that intuition isn’t mystical, but actually your brain processing massive amounts of data beneath conscious awareness. And the more present you are, the stronger your access to that internal guidance becomes. 🤯

It’s a question I get all the time, especially from those who say, “But this feels like deep healing.”

The truth is, both therapy and coaching support mental, emotional, and even spiritual wellness, but they do so in very different ways.

🧠 Therapy is offered by licensed professionals. It often centers around:

- Healing trauma
- Processing past experiences
- Navigating mental health diagnoses
- Creating emotional safety and stability

🪷 Meditation Coaching is:

- Rooted in presence and forward movement
- Focused on clarity, intuitive wisdom, and self-trust
- Action-oriented, yet deeply reflective
- A space to connect with your inner voice and create aligned change

Many of my clients come to coaching alongside therapy. Others arrive after years of inner work and are ready for a new kind of guidance.
