【林口長庚：從重點照護到兒童髖關節，超音波走進更多臨床場景｜From POCUS to Pediatric Hip Ultrasound】

同一天的另一個臨床現場，我們來到林口長庚醫院，支援「2026 嬰兒髖關節超音波研習課程」。🏥
本次課程聚焦於 Developmental Dysplasia of the Hip（DDH，發展性髖關節發育不良），從嬰兒髖關節發育、臨床表徵與疾病病程，到髖關節解剖、超音波特徵、操作技巧及 Graf classification，循序建立從基礎知識到臨床實作的完整學習路徑。🔍📚
下午進一步進入分組循環實作，透過不同 Station 進行：

本次米飛提供 EchoVIU 📱🩺 作為現場設備支援，讓學員透過實際操作與影像判讀，將課堂所學進一步帶入臨床情境。
從今天早上的 POCUS 重點照護，到下午的兒童髖關節超音波——
同一天、不同專科、不同臨床需求，卻有著相同的核心：讓超音波更貼近臨床，讓影像成為醫療決策的一部分。 🔄

At another clinical setting on the same day, we supported the “2026 Infant Hip Ultrasound Workshop” at Linkou Chang Gung Memorial Hospital. 🏥
Focusing on Developmental Dysplasia of the Hip (DDH), the workshop covered hip development, ultrasound findings, scanning techniques, and Graf classification. 🔍📚
In the afternoon, participants took part in hands-on sessions, including hip ultrasound scanning, AI ultrasound practice, and image assessment. 🩺📱🖥️
We provided EchoVIU to support the practical training, helping participants apply ultrasound scanning and image interpretation in a clinical setting.
From this morning’s POCUS workshop to pediatric hip ultrasound in the afternoon—
Different specialties. Different clinical needs.
One shared goal: Bringing ultrasound closer to clinical practice and making imaging part of clinical decision-making. 🔄
