Well it’s not gonna lift itself!...😝🏋🏻‍♀️💜 This was from a recent meet I did in Taichung. Last time I wore this suit and competed was May 2016 in Sydney.
Totaled a very similar score compared to last meet. Happy to be back in the game.. Looking forward to beating my previous scores in the next one 👊😎

Start getting those veggies in when they’re young however you can. Fruit and veg has incredible amounts of phytonutrients essential to our bodies. So eating more fruit, veg, quality protein and carbohydrates, rather than starchy carbs, will set their pallets and bowel up for success. We know our bowel is our second brain, so what they eat is going to closely affect their cognitive skills too. 💯💯💯 Love this Mom’s sauce - all fresh ingredients, whole garlic clovers, whole basil leaves...just👌

要從小培養吃很多蔬菜的習慣，想辦法把它混進去也要做。蔬果有非常多的植物營養素是我們人體必需的。我們都知道腸胃是我們的第二個腦，也知道我們吃什麼就會像什麼，那如果我們做爸爸媽媽的可以把小朋友的腸胃顧好，多吃蔬果蛋白質和優質碳水化合物，少吃澱粉麩類，是不是相對會大大幫助小朋友的認知技能、發育以及成長？成績會不會變好？答案是肯定的💪💯

Fueling up before teaching a class on low glycemic impact eating. Let’s do this 💪 (I mean, let’s eat😋)
So what is low GI impact eating? Simply put, it’s choosing whole foods that don’t mess around with your blood sugar level, keeping it controlled in a well balanced manner. What does this do? Too much, but ie 1) minimize chronic inflammation 2) minimize excess fat storage... Pretty cool huh😎

6am run this morning... ☀️ The city was calm, the weather was pleasant, my inner voice didn’t complain too much about the fact we’re running.... Today is a good day🌈 Those who know me know I’m not a fan of running, but I want to get better. So I’m going to be intentional about it. •
Change is hard, persistence is even harder. So know your WHY, I may have your HOW, go get your WHAT, and don’t give yourself any excuses. Just do it and see yourself grow. 👊
