今天跑步有感,跑步接近2公里時覺得左膝與外側大腿比較緊,判斷左足弓偏外八,修正回來就改善與減輕,後來試著提升速度,身體些微前傾似姿勢跑法,讓身體慣性與核心腰胯去帶動,幾乎感覺不到膝蓋的緊繃感👍
