Our Mobile Outreach Team from Aga Khan Hospital, Mombasa continues to bring essential health services closer to communities, setting up a camp at Mtomondoni Primary School grounds in Mtwapa Sub-County, Kilifi County in Coastal Kenya.

At the camp, more than 2,000 people have been reached with cancer awareness and screening services. Women have accessed cervical and breast cancer screening, while girls have received the HPV vaccine.

These services are being provided free of charge through the East Africa Comprehensive Women’s Cancer Project (EA-CwCP), as part of ongoing efforts to ensure that cancer prevention and screening services reach people where they live.

Paul Makonda na Ofisi ya Mganga Mkuu wa Mkoa wa Arusha, kutoa huduma za uchunguzi wa saratani ya mlango wa kizazi na saratani ya matiti.

Tunakukaribisha kuanzia leo hadi tarehe 18 Julai 2026 katika Viwanja vya Sheikh Amri Abeid, Arusha, kupata huduma hizi muhimu za uchunguzi wa mapema bila malipo.

In Mombasa, our team from Aga Khan Hospital, Mombasa () partnered with the Nyeri County Health Management Team to deliver more than 3,000 HPV vaccines to girls, protecting them against cervical cancer.

Over a five-day campaign across schools in Nyeri County, Kenya, girls aged 9–14 years received the HPV vaccine. The campaign also included health education sessions for parents, guardians, and teachers, highlighting the importance of HPV vaccination in preventing cervical cancer later in life.
