The ACT-PREP project is investing in researchers working across clinical trials, surveillance, AI, genomics, One Health and epidemic preparedness through 25 PhD and Postdoctoral fellowships.

Fellows can receive academic support, research support, mentorship, specialised training and opportunities to connect with clinical research networks.

The current call is open only to nationals of DRC, Rwanda, Senegal, Somalia, South Sudan, Tanzania and Uganda.

Applications close 30 September 2026.
