Now you can chat directly with us about orders, queries, and any other comments through our group chat.

Dear customer,

We are now introducing the 'Book Appointment' feature on our page. The reason for this is to make sure that you are able to place orders for our products in the form of 'Booking an Appointment'

How does this feature work?

1. Open our page (Rutuba Group)
2. Choose the date you want to make the booking
3. Choose the service;
If you are a local wholesaler, retailer, or customer then choose 'Local Product Order'
If you are an international wholesaler, or retailer then choose 'International Product Order'

4. Choose the time you wish to book.
5. Our system with approve your booking (typically within 24 hours)
6. Communication between Rutuba and You will commence on the booking date.

We aim to ensure all our customers, and prospective customers are able to get our product as efficiently as possible.
