A 37-year-old lady believed life was going well. She was active, worked out regularly, and looked perfectly healthy.

However, she often complained about frequent headaches. Like many of us, she ignored them and simply took paracetamol, assuming it was stress or fatigue.

What she didn’t know was that those persistent headaches were a warning sign of high blood pressure. Sadly, the condition went unnoticed and she later suffered a major stroke that left her permanently paralyzed.

It’s a heartbreaking but important reminder: our bodies often whisper before they scream.

Frequent headaches or dizziness should never be ignored. Regular health check-ups, especially blood pressure checks, can save lives.

A 32-year-old mother from South Africa, named Keneilwe Shalaba, has been arrested after allegedly selling her two-year-old son for R75,000 = Ksh 600,000 = USD 6000.

At the time, Shalaba, who was reportedly pregnant with twins, claimed that her child had been kidnapped in November. However, later investigations revealed that she allegedly received payment on the same day she reported her son missing.

It was later discovered that she had sold him to a woman who is a witch and an expert in witchcraft practices.
The sangoma has already been arrested and she showed the police where she buried the child’s body 💔

Here I don’t know whether to blame poverty or a person’s character or mental health or the man who made her pregnant or the devil? 😒
