I feel so at ease.

At peace.

If you've been reading this month you know what it took to get here. The note card. The distance. The work. The exhale I had been holding since my daddy died.

And now I'm in Zanzibar, days away from becoming a wife, and all I feel is still.

The final Becoming Blueprint reflection of May is up. It's everything this month taught me about slowing down long enough to catch what God threw.

Everyone is congratulating me on the upcoming nuptials and I am so grateful. THANK YOU ALL!

But the piece I published this week is the one I want you to sit with before the wedding happens. Because the woman getting married didn't just fall in love. She learned to exhale again.

That Exhale My Father Taught Me. I Finally Found It Again. It's waiting for you. 🔗

Some sentences surprise you when you say them out loud.

For me it was: “He’s got us.”

I didn’t know how much I needed that sentence until I said it.

New reflection is live. On expansion, softness, and what it means to learn how to exhale again.

New piece is live.

Last week I shared something personal. A note card I wrote before I met My Love. A private decision I made before I had any proof it was coming.

Today I'm in Zanzibar! I don't say that to be cute.

I say this because I want you to know that the thing YOU wrote about is real. The thing YOU hold in your heart is possible. The preparation IS real. The becoming IS real. And this, right here, is what it could lead to.

If you haven't read the reflection yet, it's waiting for you. Link in the comments. It's for anyone standing at a threshold right now, preparing for something they can't yet see. 🤍

Sneak Peek This Week’s Reflection: You don't need proof that what you're preparing for is coming. You just need to decide that you are worth the preparation either way.

My therapist told me to slow down.

Not the casual kind of slow down. The kind that means, feel this before it becomes a memory.

This is my last month as a single woman, and instead of sprinting through it, I'm stopping to witness who I am right now. Before the crossing. Before the next chapter begins.

The first reflection of May just dropped on the Becoming Blueprint. It's called What I Don't Want to Forget About This Version of Me and if you're standing at any kind of threshold right now, I wrote it for you, too.

What I Don't Want to Forget About This Version Of Me

Three reflections. One thread. A question that kept opening the more I followed it.

Where did you learn what you were worth? Not what you were told. What you absorbed.

The monthly synthesis just dropped and it holds the whole month of worth together in one place.

Free subscribers get the full reflection. Paid subscribers get the psychology, the research, and the WISE prompts that go deeper.
