Fuel your body, love your plate 🥗✨
Healthy food doesn’t have to be boring or complicated. It’s all about color, balance, and actually enjoying what you eat.
Here’s what I keep on rotation:
Greens first 🥬 – Spinach, kale, or arugula in every salad or smoothie. Fiber + vitamins = instant energy boost.
Protein power 🍗🥚🐟 – Grilled chicken, eggs, salmon, tofu, or lentils keep you full and help muscles recover.
Smart carbs 🍠🍚🍓 – Sweet potatoes, quinoa, oats, and berries give you steady fuel without the crash.
Healthy fats 🥑🫒🥜 – Avocado on toast, olive oil drizzle, or a handful of almonds for brain + heart health.
Hydration hero 💧 – Water with lemon, herbal tea, or coconut water. Your skin will thank you.
My 5-min rule: If it takes more than 5 minutes to prep, I batch-cook it on Sunday 😅 Think roasted veggies, grilled chicken, and overnight oats. Future you will be grateful.
Remember: it’s not about “perfect” eating. It’s about adding more good stuff to your day, one bite at a time 🍽️
