Healthy seas and oceans regulate the planet’s temperature. But we’re undermining their ability to do this by turning them acidic with our wasteful energy policies and by removing species, as we over-exploit the seas for short-term profit.

Куриные котлеты под помидорно - сырной корочкой.

✅КБЖУ:133.57/14.76/7.1/2.55

Ингредиенты:
▫️900 гр. фарш из курицы.
▫️1 шт. лук.
▫️1 шт. яйцо куриное.
▫️2 ст.л. отруби (овсяные).
▫️соль, чёрный молотый перец -по вкусу.
▫️помидоры 1 - 2 шт.
▫️40 гр. сыр твёрдый.

Приготовление:
▫️В фарш добавить яйцо, отруби, соль, перец и хорошо перемешать.
▫️Сформировать котлеты и выложить на противень, застеленный пергаментом.
▫️Помидоры нарезать кружочками, сыр натереть на крупной тёрке.
▫️На котлеты уложить помидоры, посыпать сыром и поставить в разогретую до 180С духовку на 20 минут.
