Prana Breath 10 is out.
This version has been rebuilt from the ground up on a modern stack and redesigned along the way, so the whole app now starts faster, runs lighter, and holds up much better through long sessions than any release before it.
Every practice comes with its own illustration and a proper description of what it is, how it works on the body, and when it makes sense to use it. All of those illustrations were drawn by hand by an artist from Ukraine, and nothing in them was generated.
There is also a library of breathing practices gathered from traditions around the world, considerably expanded for this release, with any of them importable into your own set in a single tap. All sounds have been re-encoded at a much higher quality, so the cues come through clean instead of compressed.
Thanks to everyone who has kept this app alive over the years by using it, reporting bugs, and testing the betas in Discord. Version 10 exists because of you.
