WE ARE HIRING | Quality Assurance & Compliance Officer – Jinja City

Esonga Menstrual Care is prequalifying UNBS-certified suppliers and growing school and partner orders. We need a firm, detail-minded person to make sure every product we sell is safe, genuine and certified.

You will: evaluate suppliers and their UNBS certificates; inspect every delivery; set storage standards for our store and kiosks; investigate complaints; and keep our compliance records current.

You need: a degree or diploma in Quality Management, Industrial Chemistry, Food Science, Pharmacy, Public Health or a related field, and at least 2 years in QA/QC for FMCG, manufacturing, pharmaceutical or health products.

Esonga Menstrual Care is growing, and we need someone careful and hands-on to keep our books clean, our cash controlled and our taxes on time.

You will: do daily bookkeeping; reconcile cash, bank and mobile money; follow up invoices to schools and partners; file URA and NSSF returns; and prepare monthly reports.

You need: a degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce (CPA(U) or ACCA an advantage), at least 2 years in accounts, and confidence with QuickBooks or similar and Excel.
