Polycystic ovarian syndrome... Characterise by hirsuitism (male like hair growth in women including beards.. Moustache etc), very scanty or no menstrual flow.... And ultrasound scan findings of multiple typically descriptive cysts in the ovaries is a common findings in women who have fertility . Majority of these women presents with excessive pimples.... Obese and history of recurrent pregnancy losses.
There are certain tests that can be done to confirm this conditions if suspected
Management is multidisciplinary.
