Influencer Ashley St. Clair has revealed she rejected a $40 million non-disclosure agreement from Elon Musk after giving birth to his 13th child, a son named Romulus.

St. Clair made the admission on the Tuesday, June 16, 2026 episode of the Don Lemon Show podcast, alleging the NDA was presented over disappearing Signal messages by Musk's wealth manager, Jared Birchall.

"Originally, Elon had sent a message to me and Jared that said, 'Wire Ashley $15 million for a home and reserve capital,' and that was it," she alleged.

Days later, Birchall called her for a two-hour conversation where he informed her that the money would come attached to an NDA.

The full offer amounted to $15 million upfront and $100,000 per month for 20 years, totalling approximately $40 million, in exchange for her silence about their relationship.

She refused to sign. St. Clair said she made a moral choice, adding that she wanted to speak out for women in similar situations.

Following her refusal, Musk threatened in January 2026 to seek full custody of Romulus.
