To the Village Health Officer walking kilometers to reach a family that can not reach a clinic. To the nurse who stays past her shift. To the community, volunteer running sessions with no budget and no recognition.

Your work is the foundation. Today, we honour it.

There is a moment in every Super Bugs Clash session when the room changes.

Someone rolls the dice. Lands on a card. Makes a decision. And suddenly everyone around the table has an opinion.

That argument is that a moment of collective thinking about a health decision is exactly what we came to build.

These are real people, in a real room, in Kampala. No scripts. No presentations. It was just a board game and a health conversation that needed to happen.

A generation that understands its health does not wait to be saved. It leads, advocates, and builds systems that protect everyone.

That is the generation AFHEG Foundation exists to build. Through gamified learning, community health programs, and youth-led advocacy, we are making health information accessible to every young person who needs it, regardless of where they live or what they can afford.

Health information is not a privilege. It is a right. And we are here to defend it.
