Vitiligo is a disease in which white blotches on the skin appear due to loss of melanin, the pigment that determines the color of our skin, hair and eyes. Aromas and leeches are used often or the affected parts of the skin, as part of the treatment, the Ayurvedic approach is very different, but highly recommended.

3.Tamarind and Psoralea seeds: The most effective herb for the treatment of vitiligo is psoralen. 4. Eating nuts. Nuts contain protective phytochemicals and good fats that are beneficial for the skin. It is also rich in vitamin E, which can help repair and protect the skin from damage. Walnuts, almonds and pistachios are the best options to choose from, as they are healthy types of nuts.

5. Eating beef liver. In general, meats should be avoided if you have vitiligo. But it has been known that beef liver contains a significant quantity of vitamin B12 and folic acid which may be useful in the treatment of vitiligo. Other than that, it is also rich in vitamin A, copper, riboflavin, selenium and tryptophan.

WHAT TO KNOW ABOUT HIATAL HERNIA

Hiatal hernia is a condition whose effects vary from person to person. Asymptomatic for some, it causes severe stomach, chest pain and stomach cramps for others.
A hiatal hernia occurs when the stomach moves up the chest through an opening in the diaphragm, the muscle that separates the chest from the abdominal region, in other words, that separates the breast from the abdomen. This opening is called hiatus, hence the name hiatal hernia.

Hiatal hernia should not be confused with gastroesophageal reflux (RGO). Although the symptoms are similar, they are different illnesses.

There are two main types of hiatal hernias: slip-on (more frequent) hiatal hernia and rolling or para-oesophageal hernia.

♦By sliding
In the hiatal hernia by sliding, the stomach and lower part of the esophagus go up into the chest through the diaphragm. This can lead to heartburn.

♦By rolling
In the case of hiatal hernia by rolling, the esophagus and stomach remain in place, but part of the stomach compresses through the hiatus to place next to the esophage.

THE CAUSES OF HEATAL HERNIA CAN BE:
✓ A congenital defect involving being born with a hiatal opening larger than normal.

✓ Changes in the diaphragm with age.

✓Increased pressure in the abdomen, for example, obesity, coughing, pregnancy, repeated lifting of heavy objects or efforts to pass hard saddles.

✓ Being a victim of an injury to the stomach.

✓Stress.

Hiatal hernias are more common in people over 50 and overweight people.

WHAT ARE THE SYMPTOMS OF HEATAL HERNIA?
Several people with a hiatal hernia experience no symptoms.

Symptomatic people may present the following symptoms:

>> Stomach burns due to gastro-esophageal reflux (RGO);
>> Chest pains;
>> bloating and gas in stomach ;
>>Repeated rocks or hiccups;
