Hey All, i wanted to share a little bit about some major changes happening to our studio and the reasons why these are happening now.

In 2018, I embarked on a personal endeavor by establishing UY, a humble space dedicated to teaching yoga classes. Little did I know that this endeavor would evolve into something far more profound over the years. However, our journey faced an unexpected twist when the COVID-19 pandemic struck, forcing us to temporarily close our doors. Simultaneously, my own health took a significant hit during this period, prompting a shift in our studio's vision.

During the pandemic-induced hiatus and recovery phase, I had ample time for reflection, leading to a reimagining of what this space could truly become. The first step in this transformation was to rename our studio – thus, *Amrutha Wellness Center* was born.

The word *"Amrutha"* itself holds a deep meaning; it signifies the 'Elixir of Longevity' in Sanskrit, embodying our aspiration to offer not just physical well-being but holistic health to our community.

Throughout my personal healing journey, I came to understand that health is not a one-dimensional concept. It's not just about physical fitness, but rather a complex interplay of our physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Even the fittest individuals can face health challenges when their mental state is not aligned, and conversely, mental peace alone cannot always overcome physical issues. Amrutha Wellness Center aims to address all these facets of health and wellness comprehensively.

My vision for this space is to serve as a holistic center that caters to every aspect of your health – be it physical, emotional, or mental. I firmly believe that when all these elements are nurtured and balanced, it paves the way for a happy, healthy life.

Our mission is to be the 'Amrutha' or Elixir in your wellness journey, guiding you towards a state of complete well-being.
