"Breath Online Demo" is an initial presentation of the "Breath" program, designed to motivate us to experientially learn the influence and power of our breathing.
When we get stressed, our breath changes (as do other bodily functions that are not easy to detect), and the same happens when we are happy.
Breathing is connected to our emotions and thoughts.
The goal of the program is to integrate conscious breathing into our daily routine and acquire a valuable tool for managing everyday challenges.
