Do:
• Keep gentle movement
• Use ice or heat
• Watch your posture
• Rest when needed

Don’t:

Summer is here, and that means more fun days in the sun. ☀️ If you end up with a sunburn, move indoors or into the shade, drink plenty of water, apply cool compresses, and use aloe vera or moisturizer to help soothe your skin. Avoid picking or peeling any blisters, and seek medical care if you experience severe blistering, fever, dizziness, or signs of dehydration.

And don’t forget, the best way to protect your skin is to wear sunscreen anytime you’re outside and reapply it regularly throughout the day!

Urgent Care is a great option for fevers paired with symptoms like sore throat, cough, mild flu symptoms, ear pain, or minor infections.

The Emergency Room may be the better choice if a fever is accompanied by:

🌡️Chest pain
