Today, we recognize Juneteenth as a time to reflect on resilience, hope, and the strength of community.

Mental health is an important part of overall well-being, and strong communities are built when people feel connected, supported, and empowered to seek help when they need it.

At Betty Hardwick Center, we believe everyone deserves access to compassionate care, support, and opportunities to thrive. As we honor the spirit of perseverance represented by Juneteenth, we also encourage individuals and families to prioritize their mental wellness and reach out for support when needed.

You are not alone. Help is available.

To learn more about our services, visit Betty Hardwick Center or call us at 325-690-5100.

๐Ÿ’™ Menโ€™s Mental Health Month ๐Ÿ’™

One conversation can make a difference.

This June, let's encourage the men in our lives to talk about their mental health, seek support when needed, and know they don't have to face challenges alone.

Asking for help is a sign of strength.

๐Ÿ’™ June is Menโ€™s Mental Health Month ๐Ÿ’™

Mental health affects everyone, but too many men struggle in silence.

Men are often taught to be strong, handle problems on their own, and avoid talking about emotional challenges. The truth is that seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness.

This month, we encourage men to:
โœ… Check in with themselves and others
โœ… Talk openly about mental health
โœ… Reach out for support when needed
โœ… Prioritize self-care and wellness

Whether you're dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, substance use concerns, or life's everyday challenges, help is available.

You don't have to carry it alone.
