The Live Well Coalition We are working together to improve the overall health of Abilene through active lifestyle, healthy eating and education.

The Live Well Coalition brings together the different sectors of Abilene to make the community more healthy. Facilitated by the Abilene-Taylor County Public Health District, the Live Well Coalition focuses on active living and healthy eating. We promote walking trails throughout Abilene, as well as geocaching opportunities so citizens can get outside and exercise. We also have our own community ga

rden at the Mercy Health Clinic. Through this garden we hope to offer healthy food options for the neighborhood. Along with the efforts of our partners, ultimately all of our combined efforts will help Abilene "Live Well."
