May at FLOW is here, and our theme this month is Bloom & Belong 🌿
This month, we’re centering community, joy, and embodiment, creating space to feel seen, supported, and connected to yourself and each other.

Throughout May, we’re gathering in meaningful ways for healing, reflection, movement, nourishment, and connection.

✨ TOMORROW 12pm: FREE virtual Nutrition Lunch & Learn with Tommy: Gentle Detox – Supporting Your Body’s Natural Detox Systems. A realistic, non-restrictive approach to supporting the body through nutrition and daily habits.
✨ Final month for Rewriting the Self livestream series with Nancy
Friday, May 8th, Session 5: Your Life Story (Nancy) Focused on rewriting personal narratives with more alignment and self-compassion.
Friday, May 15th, Session 6: Closing session focused on reflection, integration, and moving forward with intention.
✨ Friday, May 8th: Awaken & Release Transformational Breathwork with Lindsay: An in-person guided breathwork experience for emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deep inner connection.
✨ Sunday, May 10th - Mother’s Day Partner Yoga: Family & Friends Flow with Yuliya & Stephanie: A lighthearted, all-levels partner class designed for connection, perfect for moms, kids (5+), or friends. 🌿 Outdoor (weather permitting) | $5-$25 (donations support the FLOW Yoga Scholarship Fund)
✨ Blue Full Moon Sound Journey + Yoga Nidra with Corey: An intimate evening (limited to 9) of sound healing, deep rest, and reflection under the rare Blue Moon.
✨ Teen Treehouse & Mindful Monkeys - Free Mindful groups, few more sessions left!
