Mother’s Day weekend can hold a lot: love, grief, gratitude, longing, relief, and emotions that don’t always have a name.

This Saturday, join us for Allow, Be, Create, a gentle pop-up designed to hold space for the full range of what you may be carrying.

We’ll begin with guided meditation, move through a grounding yoga practice, and close with a creative flower arranging experience; time to reflect, release, and create something meaningful to take with you.

All are welcome, exactly as you are.

Sliding Scale Donation: $5-$25
Proceeds support the FLOW Andrew’s Fund, helping provide access to clinical mental health counseling and therapy groups for individuals who are uninsured or underinsured.

Pre-registration is required and closes 1 hour before the event.

Join us THIS Sunday, May 10th at 11:00 AM for Mother’s Day Partner Yoga: A Family & Friends Flow. A playful outdoor class for moms, kids, friends, and anyone who wants to share a little movement, laughter, and fresh air.

Expect gentle partner poses, mindful movement, and a relaxed all-levels flow designed to help you slow down and enjoy the moment together.
