🍹Looking for some seasonal tasty, alcohol-free alternatives? We’ve got you covered with some delicious mocktail recipes that will help you unwind without compromising your health!! This downloadable resource is available at the link in our story - grab yours now!

🍯Honey Citrus Mocktail:
✨1/2 cup sparkling water
🍍1/4 cup pineapple juice
🍊2 TBS freshly squeezed orange juice
🍋1/2 lemon - juiced
🐝1 TSP honey
🧡2 TBS ginger beer
⚪️2 TSP sugar
✨1 TSP cinnamon
🌿for garnish - a sprig of Thyme and a cinnamon stick

Juice your lemon and orange

Combine sugar & cinnamon on small plate - line the rim of your glass using the leftover lemon or orange peel and dip the ridge of your glass into the mixture

Add ice to your glass

Add all ingredients to your glass and give it a stir. Garnish with your cinnamon stick and/or Thyme.

As the seasons shift and Spring energy begins to awaken, let’s take some time to ground and center before fully emerging into the vibrancy of Spring and Summer!

This deeply nourishing Yin Yoga practice will focus on finding balance — physically, mentally and emotionally — through long-held, supported postures that encourage stillness and deep release. Through mindful breathwork and gentle stretches, we will reconnect with our inner calm, cultivating stability and renewal as we transition from Winter’s introspection into Spring’s blossoming energy 🌼
