Filler migration is a real thing, but the internet has a way of turning it into something scarier than it actually is.

Most of the time, what looks like migration is just healing, swelling, or filler doing exactly what it's supposed to do. The actual thing happens when too much product goes in, too soon, in an area that moves a lot (hi, lips).
