Supervision shapes the kind of clinician you become. It’s where you learn to trust your judgment, sit with the cases that keep you up at night, and figure out who you are in the room. It should be more than a place to collect hours.
Mosaic Bloom is opening a weekly Clinical Supervision Group, facilitated by Marquita Bolden, LCSW, LICSW, for pre-licensed and interim clinicians working toward full licensure, rooted in identity, power, and context.
Together we’ll work on:
* Case consultation, including the cases you can’t quite name yet
* Trauma-focused assessment, stabilization, and treatment planning
* Countertransference and burnout, with an IFS lens for noticing which parts of you show up at work
* How race, gender, sexuality, class, and culture shape the therapeutic relationship, approached with care instead of fear of getting it wrong
* Ethics, documentation, boundaries, and building a career you can sustain
No EMDR or IFS training needed. Clinicians of all backgrounds are welcome. Curiosity and a willingness to reflect honestly are the only prerequisites.
*Thursdays, 4–5 pm ET, on Zoom
* $40 per meeting
* Hours count toward licensure in PA, NJ, DE, and MA per each board’s requirements
Each person brings a piece. Together it makes a fuller picture.
If this sounds like the supervision you’ve been looking for, we’d love to talk: https://mosaicbloomcounseling.com/clinical-supervision/
