DC time! I have NOT been consistently DCing weekly in a few months. Most weeks...but not every week. 🥹 This post menopausal hair, ya'll... My hair is not in a bad way/place but felt like it needed SOMETHING. It was between Olaplex & Aphogee 2 Step.

Sunday DC! I feel like that's a lot of shed hair for the week, although I had NOT combed it it several days whilst moisturizing & wearing a wool hat. I figure if I lose the average 100 strands per day, I'm doing good...but, as a woman, it's disconcerting nonetheles. And especially during these post-menopausal years when everything has gone haywire!
