One of the best parts of this work is meeting people where they are.

Over the past 2 years, we've taught in retirement communities, churches, fitness centers, community events, and health expos throughout the East Coast.

Every audience is different, but the goal remains the same: help people move with greater confidence and stay active in the activities they enjoy.

Fall prevention isn't just a healthcare issue. It's a community issue.

The stronger our communities become, the more people can continue living independently and confidently.

We are incredibly grateful to The Wellington at Lake Manassas for welcoming us into your community this week. It was an honor to share Fall Protection 101 and spend time with such an engaged, supportive group. The thoughtful questions, willingness to learn, and encouragement residents gave one another.

Thank you to the residents for participating, to the staff for their hospitality, and to everyone who helped make the event a success. We are excited to continue the journey together during Part 2 on July 1st.

We are thankful for every opportunity to share these skills and serve our community.
