Today I taught a basic CPR class to a client. As we were doing compressions and going through scene assessments with my scenario setups, she shouted, "Call 911!"
I had my Apple Watch on and had no idea it was listening—next thing I knew, 911 was right there on the line! Needless to say... hey, at least we know 911 works! 😅 I had no idea the Apple Watch would trigger like that just by hearing those words. Thank God for smart technology responding when it counts.
Moments like that are a reminder of why this training matters. What would you do in four minutes to save a life?
