Modern technology is amazing!!

For instance, we use a professional scheduling service who sends out 2 texts, one when an appointment is made the other one 24 hours before the appointment time. We even schedule ourselves periodically to make sure it’s working correctly.

You are given multiple options with these texts. One is you can confirm your appointment, second is you can ask to reschedule your appointment for a different time or day, third is you can cancel your appointment altogether.
All of this by simply typing a letter on your phone.

So I would like to thank our first and second clients of the day who figured we have the time to waste on them texting back and forth for hours setting appointments, to book out over half our day, but can’t be adult enough to type a single letter on their screen and hit send, to cancel their appointments.

So thank you very much from us and the other 8 clients(and counting) who would have loved to have had the time slots you didn’t show on today, or have the common courtesy to cancel like a responsible adult.

So thank you again from us here at the Living Sludge for the thousands of dollars you cost us today in work as well as the future work of multi setting pieces your childish actions have cost us, we truly deeply appreciate it.

Don’t worry about rescheduling we’ve made sure to mark in your records you’re clearly not mature enough to get tattoos or piercings anyway.

This scamming piece of trash does not work here and never has!
We also do not send payment links for deposits from anything other than our certified business accounts in the shops name.
