There is something so special about walking into a sound healing experience and allowing yourself to be held by the gentle resonance of the natural sounds to bring harmony to both the body and spirit. 🌊✨🤍

Our Candlelight Hands-On Reiki + Sound Healing Experience has become one of our most beloved offerings. Month after month, we have seen so many beautiful moments of rest, release, connection and healing unfold within this space.

We are filled with gratitude for every person who has trusted us, supported us and shared the sacredness of these evenings.

As we move into June, we will be taking a brief pause from this monthly offering to rest, restore and pour back into ourselves so we can continue showing up with full hearts and renewed energy. We look forward to returning in July and welcoming you back into this beautiful experience.

In the meantime, we have many wonderful offerings happening throughout June including free Pride sound healing events, community gatherings and individual massage, readings, Reiki, sound, shamanic and somatic healing sessions.

We are so deeply honored to spend this week loving on and serving our community through two beautiful $FREE healing offerings. 💞✨

The first is our Free Reiki + Sound Healing Experience happening Thursday, May 21st from 5pm-8pm in partnership with the incredible MS Support Foundation. This evening was created to lovingly support those living with MS while also holding and caring for the caregivers who give so much of themselves every single day. Our hope is to create a gentle, relaxing and supportive space where people can simply breathe, receive and feel held in community.

Our second offering is this Saturday, May 23rd from 1pm-4pm during Wellness Day @ North Adams American Legion Post 125. Sacred Light Healing will have a table set up with a sign-up sheet and we’ll be offering FREE 15-minute chair massage, Reiki and sound healing sessions to the public throughout the afternoon.
There will also be many other amazing wellness services, resources and practitioners present throughout the event offering support, education and care to the community.

We encourage you to come out, support, connect and learn more about the beautiful wellness offerings and healing resources right here in your own backyard to support your wellness journey.

Throughout the year, one of the greatest honors of this work is being able to give back to the community that continues to support and uplift us. Healing work has always been about connection,care, compassion and reminding people that they do not have to do it alone.

We would be so grateful if you shared these events with your friends, families, loved ones and even strangers who may need a moment of peace, support, healing or a moment of rest. You never know whose life could be impacted by a simple invitation.

For the past 3 weeks, the road has carried us from Alabama to Florida to D.C., but truthfully… this journey has taken us far deeper than any destination ever could.

Somewhere between the miles, the conversations, the long drives, the laughter, the grief, the love, the silence and the sacred moments in between…we found ourselves remembering what it means to truly feel alive.

Thank you for that gift and for being with us on this long walk home. 🤍✨
