Second longest training run is in the books! Today was made much more enjoyable because I mapped out a route that had me making a few pitstops to visit some friends along the way (admittedly, I also wanted to take advantage of them for some hydration haha). It’s much easier to knock out these long distances when I have destinations/friends to look forward to. Shoutout to Peter Kallin , Stephanie Bryden, and Hannah Brown and Mark Brown for giving me water, a high five, and some entertainment!

What started years ago as a simple thought and a dream has become something so much bigger than we imagined.

It’s happy faces, morning coffee, encouraging each other, quick hellos between workouts, kids playing, chickens wandering around, and all the little moments that happen here every day.

But most of all, it’s the people.

Thank you for showing up, trusting us, cheering each other on, and helping make this dream a reality. We’re so grateful for the community we’ve created together.

Earth Day doesn’t have to be big to be meaningful..

Take a walk, cook something nourishing, move your body, or simply pause and appreciate the world around you. Find a small way to give back, to your community, your environment, or even yourself.

We would love to hear how you give back, and remember that small choices, made daily, can create something bigger. 🌎

This light and healthy quiche is one of our favorite ways to bring everyone together around the table.

Because taking care of yourself can be as simple as what’s on your plate, and who you share it with. 🥰

6 eggs
1/2 cup goat cheese
1/2 cup almond milk
1 bunch of asparagus
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Cut asparagus to about 2 inch pieces and saute in a pan with olive oil for about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl. When the asparagus is bright green add all ingredients together in an oven safe pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 425, or until the middle is set.

I saute the asparagus in a cast iron pan and then just pour in the egg mixture.
