Join me for a cozy, hands-on evening of herbalism, seasonal ingredients, and time together.

You and your child will learn about traditional fire c***r and create your very own 32 oz jar of handcrafted fire c***r to take home. We’ll explore the purpose of each ingredient, learn about herbs and their traditional uses, and build your jar together from fresh vegetables, herbs, spices, citrus, and apple c***r vinegar.

This isn’t just a class—it’s an opportunity to slow down, learn something new, and create together.

Space is limited to 12 adults and 12 kids

✨The Wellness Gathering Vendor Spotlight: Meet Melissa Poley, the owner and heart behind Serendipity Spa! Serendipity Spa, Mel Poley Mel is an Esthetician, Transformational Life Coach, and Certified Eye Talk Coach who believes that true wellness is about looking at the whole picture, not just treating the surface. Whether it’s your skin, nervous system, or the patterns that keep showing up in your life, Mel is all about getting to the root of what’s really going on.

At the Wellness Gathering, Mel will be offering Sacred Eye Sessions! She’ll take a quick picture of your eyes and then schedule a time to connect and dive into what they may reveal about your emotional filters and subconscious belief patterns.

I’m excited to announce that County NP and Heaven Sent Homebirth will be offering informational sessions in the Racoon Valley Bank Community House during The Wellness Gathering.

Come hear Ruth speak at 4pm on what a whole-person approach to wellness looks like. Then stay as Sarah talks about being the first Iowa home birthing center and the services they offer.

Both will also have booths set up after for any questions or to continue the conversation.

We have 25 oz of fresh golden oyster mushrooms. $1/oz. Only 10oz left, 15 oz already claimed! I can deliver local today!

These are not woodsy, but a nutty and slightly sweet flavor. The pair well with scrambled eggs and I use these for my tacos instead of meat, just sauté with some oil and your favorite taco seasoning. Whatever you season them with they take on that flavor. Mush love! ✌🏽💖🍄‍🟫
